We reserve the right to terminate any driver or carrier relationship if federal operating authority lapses to "Not Authorized."

In no event shall Foster Transit Elite LLC, or its officers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of cargo delays, driver compliance rejections by brokers, or equipment failures during transit.
