To maintain our elite logistics standards, all independent contractors must meet the following criteria: Hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required), carry an active commercial or courier auto liability insurance policy, possess a reliable smartphone (iOS/Android) for live dispatch tracking, and pass a standard background check and drug screening.

We are actively onboarding independent operators with three fleet tiers: 1) Personal Vehicles (clean, fuel-efficient sedans, hatchbacks, or SUVs for small parcels), 2) Cargo Vans (standard commercial cargo vans for mid-sized retail distribution), and 3) Sprinter Vans (high-roof sprinters or ProMasters for palletized LTL freight).

As a 1099 independent contractor, you operate your own equipment. Open routes are broadcasted through our centralized dispatch network. Once you accept a contract and complete the delivery, earnings are tallied and deposited directly into your bank account on a weekly cycle.
